At Artocyan, we provide customized digital and creative services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by Artocyan are service-based, customized, and digital in nature. Due to this, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only if:

• The project has not been started
• A refund request is raised within 24 hours of payment (or as mutually agreed)
• No resources, designs, or development work have been initiated

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Work has already started or partially completed
• Deliverables have been shared with the client
• Delay or cancellation is caused by client-side inputs or approvals
• There is a change of mind after project confirmation
• The service is not used after purchase

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels. If cancellation occurs after project initiation, the paid amount shall be treated as non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
• Transaction or payment gateway charges are non-refundable

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable laws of India.

7. Policy Updates

Artocyan reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
