By engaging with Artocyan, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Artocyan provides digital and creative services including but not limited to:

• Website design & development
• Branding & graphic design
• Digital marketing support
• Business consulting & technical services

The scope, pricing, and timelines of each project will be confirmed through written communication (email, proposal, invoice, or agreement).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate during the project timeline
• Make payments as agreed
• Not use our services for unlawful or prohibited activities

Any misuse, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity may attract action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

4. Payments & Pricing

• Payments must be made as per agreed terms before or during project execution
• Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Once confirmed, pricing cannot be altered unilaterally

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, code, graphics, and materials created by Artocyan remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Unauthorized copying, resale, modification, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Project Delays

Artocyan shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Late content submission by the client
• Delayed approvals
• Third-party service issues (hosting, domain, payment gateways, etc.)

Revised timelines may apply in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artocyan shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses or loss of profits
• Data loss caused by third-party platforms
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not cleared
• False or misleading information is provided
• The client engages in abusive or unlawful conduct

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, India.

10. Amendments

Artocyan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
